Washington D.C. – Today, Congressman Kevin McCarthy introduced a resolution (H.Res. 411) recognizing the Intermediate Space Challenge in Mojave, California, an annual event that will take place this year on May 15. The Space Challenge is designed to strengthen grade school students' interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics career fields.

Washington D.C. – Today, Congressman Kevin McCarthy joined colleagues to introduce the Keep Terrorists Out of America Act (H.R. 2294). This legislation would require that the Administration seek and receive approval from a state's governor and legislature before transferring or releasing terrorist detainees from Guantanamo to that particular state.
