Congressman McCarthy to Present Local World War II Veteran David Orr with Military Medals This Friday

Atascadero, CA – This Friday, April 25, 2008, at 3 PM PDT, Congressman McCarthy will present local World War II Veteran David Orr with medals he earned for his service, bravery, and sacrifice. David Orr will be presented with the China Service Medal, American Campaign Medal, Asiatic – Pacific Campaign Medal with One Bronze Star, Navy Occupation Service Medal with Asia Clasp, WWII Victory Medal, Honorable Service Lapel Pin, and Discharge Button.

 
The ceremony will take place at the Paso Robles Veterans Center. Media is invited to cover the ceremony.
