Fox News: Congressman McCarthy Discusses California's High-Speed Rail Project

Congressman Kevin McCarthy sat down with Fox News Channel to discuss his opposition to California's high-speed rail project. On October 7, Congressman McCarthy introduced legislation (H.R. 3143) to freeze all unspent federal dollars on the project and require a Government Accountability Office (GAO) audit on the viability of the project. On December 20, the Congressman sent a letter to the GAO requesting that they conduct the study that would be compelled by the legislation.
