Introducing WhipCast - A Revolution In Government Transparency

I have long been a proponent of transparency in government. We've seen what has happened when government works behind closed doors: the American people are saddled with new laws and rules they know little about. That is something I have been fighting to change. In the Pledge to America, my colleagues and I promised to "fight to ensure transparency and accountability in Congress and throughout government." From America Speaking Out to posting the text of legislation online for at least three days before a vote, we have taken action to follow through on that promise. And now, there is a revolutionary new way for you to know what's going on in the U.S. House of Representatives in real time. It's called WhipCast. We put together a lighthearted video to try to draw attention to making the House more transparent.
